If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 30 days and we will gladly take the product back.
You are responsible for return shipping, unless it was an error on our part or the product was not up to standards. You can use any shipper you want for your return. We will promptly refund the credit card used for the initial purchase once we have the product back. We deduct a 15% return fee for discretionary (no longer need or wanted, better price found) returns.
Some discounted or on sale items may be final sale and not eligible for return.
