This seems to be a high quality food. Went to their website, and like how they source their ingredients. Upon opening the bag, I noticed a strong 'herbal/botanical' smell to the food, not unlike the odor you smell when you walk into a health food/vitamin store. All 3 of my cats refused to eat it, even after they skipped a meal or two. Even the 6 month old kitten, who eats everything, wanted nothing to do with this food. I gave it to the dogs (dachshunds - the original chow hounds!), and everyone knows that dogs love cat food, sniffed it, and walked away. I think some of these premium pet food companies are trying too hard - adding too many herbs and botanicals, things that cats would probably never even come across in the wild. They like to eat meat, and it's meat they want to smell.
