I wasn't sure my 2 cats would like this one so much since they haven't responded as well to red meat based cat food, but when my local pet store offered me a sample, I decided it would be a good opportunity to test it out. To my surprise, they seemed to eat it pretty well. I took the next step and bought a 5 lb bag. They continue to enjoy it. It has definitely been a worthwhile purchase. I convinced a friend with an older, overweight cat to try out this on his cat. He balked a little at the price (and TotW is low on the price end for grain-free food), but he's since reported that his cat has responded well. He doesn't have to feed the cat as much of it because the cat is filling up on less food, and so in the end it's just about as cost effective as more conventional brands.

Both of my cats love this food. My only very small complaint is that I wish there were a built-in way to reclose the bag once it has been opened.

My cats have been eating this food exclusively for quite some time now. Only occasional treats are added to their diet. The still eat eat without a problem, ans appear to be thriving on it. Their digestion seems consistently good. I really think grain-free is the way to go, and the price it right. Would rather feed organic, but cannot afford it.

My cat LOVES this stuff!! She was experiencing dandruff so I thought changing her diet to grain-free might stave off potential allergies. So far so good! She's worth it. :)

I started using this 2 years ago when one of my inside cats had digestion (or lack of!) problems and I had to find something more natural without grains that was easier for her to digest. Since then, we've used this almost exclusively and have had much better results with digestion for her. I find we use less cat food than before. For what this is, it's better priced than most natural dry cat foods. 5 stars!

I would give this product 5 stars except that it isn't organic and I don't know what they mean by "chicken meal" as the first ingredient. I'd like to know the source of meat they use and the quality of it. For its appeal to my cats and its price I think it's fabulous.

I fed this to my two cats for a year. I had been feeding them Natural Instincts prior. My vet was enthused by their health, fit and lean bodies and gleaming coats and teeth. However, over the course of a year on Taste of the Wild one of my cats developed putrid breath, a heart murmur and decay on his molars. My cats are the same age and come from related litters (Mom and daughter cats had litters at the same time and I got one from each). Since I changed back to Natural Instincts 2 weeks ago my cat has better breath and the decay seems to be recovering.

Our vet suggested we put our 3 cats on a grain free diet, and we decided to try Taste of the Wild based on price and quality ingredients. Our cats loved this food at first. They have trimmed down to their recommended weight and are shedding less. However, our 6 month old Himalayan is always trying to "cover up" this food. I can only assume he thinks it smells less than appetizing? All in all, a good food that is very healthy for cats.

This is a Grain Free Cat Food my Cats LOVE. I tried them on EVO on one side and this on the other side and they scarfed down the Taste of the Wild and left the EVO which is much more expensive and at 42% Protein a Great food. Love this site also, they have fast shipping, tracking immediately and I will continue to buy from them for all my Pet products.

Just switched to this and my cat loves it. I love that she is on a grain free diet. The best part is that the cats eat less of it so it becomes extremely cost effective and your cat will be more healthy.
