So far this litter is working fairly well for me. I have 4 cats and just started using this. As directed on the bag, I mixed it with my old litter (arm & hammer essentials - corn clumping litter, which is way to perfumed) and my cats are ok with it. I also put just the Health Plus in 1 of their litter boxes & they used that as well. You do need to follow the directions on the bag as far as maintenance. This litter is different b/c you can't see the pee spots as they settle towards the bottom of the box. What you need to do is gently tilt the box to one side. The clean litter will fall down & the urine soaked stuff will stick to the bottom of the box. Then you just scoop that out. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I'm still in that transitional stage of mixing with the old litter. Once I switch over completely I'll be able to tell for certain.

My two cats have been using this litter for quite some time and we've had no issues. I follow the maintenance instructions on the bag and have been very pleased with the overall performance.

LITERALLY STINKS&#33&#33&#33 This is the most horrible litter I have ever used. Can&#39t figure out where the cat pee goes once the cat goes on this litter, hard to clean up. After a while it stinks since the pee has been in there forever. I highly recommend World&#39s Best Cat Litter, by far the best I&#39ve ever used&#33

I agree with the other writer: no odor, no dust anywhere, easy to clean, weighs much less per volume than clay litter, recycled materials, the best litter ever. I used to itch when near clumping clay litter, even a clean batch, but no itching anymore! The price is reasonable, also.

This so far is my favorite cat litter. It handles odor pretty well, it's much lighter than the "clay" types, and has very little dust. :-)
