This formula is made with local red meats which includes Angus beef, Suffolk lamb and American bison all free-range and delivered fresh each day. All Acana formulas are rich in meat proteins and are 100% grain-free to help reduce unwanted carbohydrates. Acana Appalachian Ranch includes fresh fruits and vegetables like turnip greens, pumpkin, red delicious apples and spinach. These added ingredients will provide your dog with a rich source of phytonutrients.

Acana Ranchlands is made with 70% protein and 30% fruits, vegetables and other vitamins/minerals. This combination of ingredients will ensure that your dog receives the proper nutrients to live a long, healthy life. This formula is also enriched in omega 3/6 fatty acids which will help keep your dogs skin and coat shiny. And the added Organic sea vegetables and botanicals including juniper berries, althea root, sun-cured alfalfa and turmeric enhance metabolism while nourishing and toning your dog's digestive tract.

My 5 year old Shih Tzu Poodle mix is a picky eater. He shies away from any food without meat in it, and totally ignores any treat made without meat, but likes the Ranchlands. It was recommended by my daughter, who feeds it to her two labs.
