The "Automatic Delivery Plan" is an exciting service that will make sure that you get the products you need when you need them. Best of all, this service is absolutely free. If you have questions or need to make changes, just email our customer service department at customerservice@heartypet.com. It is that easy and you can cancel anytime before your next shipment is sent.
Here's how it works:
Shop for your supplies as normal; during your checkout process, pick your "shipping frequency" (i.e. 1 week, 2 weeks ...). If you have multiple items in this order and you only want one or two specific things shipped via the "Automatic Delivery Plan", simply indicate in the comments section which items you want to be on the plan, we will take care of the rest.
Next, we will bill the card used for this purchase for all future auto delivery shipments. We understand consumption of food can vary for many reasons; we will email you one week prior to shipping to alert you of the upcoming shipment to allow you an opportunity to cancel or postpone. We will show you the grand total that will be billed to your card prior to shipment. Once shipped, we will email you with the date we shipped your order and give you the tracking number.
The cost of your order will be the current published price. This may be higher or lower than the initial purchase price based on various factors. For example, if your initial order was processed with a 10% coupon, your automatic delivery may be slightly higher. We will always do our best to give you the best price. If your product is on sale at the time of shipment, we will pass this savings on to you. In addition, if we are aware of an upcoming promotion that will reduce the price of your order, we will either honor this price or notify you of the upcoming promotion and give you the option of waiting for this promotion. In addition to our normal savings, we will always apply a 5% coupon to your order. Bottom line, great prices and convenience!
You can always cancel or postpone a shipment or cancel auto delivery simply by emailing us at customerservice@heartypet.com. To cancel or postpone, you must email us at least 2 days prior to your ship date.
