This is a great recipe for egg salad on crackers or with chips as horsdevours.
6 hard boiled eggs
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise to your liking
Here is the kicker:
Curry (I use a homemade Indian curry with a bite) You can use store bought curry and add a bit of cayenne. Add about 1/4 tspn, let sit and taste. Keep adding till you get the amount you want. (I use about 3/4 tspn but I love curry)
Mix all together and let sit for a few hours.
Taste and add more seasoning to your liking.
Great served with dipping chips.
You can’t eat just one.
This recipe would also be great for deviled eggs.
Mix hard egg yolks with all ingred. above and fill egg whites. Top with paprika.
