1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup water

1 package Knorr cream spinach soup/dip mix

2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup frozen peas

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Pasta (any type you like) undercooked slightly and drained

Mix first 3 ingredients, stirring constantly, bring to a boil for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and add cheese till smooth

Add peas and tomatoes

Toss with cooked pasta.

Serve with parm cheese, crusty bread and salad

Optional: Add bacon, hot/sweet sausage.  (I use veal sausage)
